REFUND POLICY
1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:
– The product or service has not been used or used only minimally
– The product is in its original condition and packaging
– The product is not a custom-made or bespoke item
– The customer provides proof of purchase
2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be refunded:
– Custom-designed products or services
– Rapid prototyping or 3D printing services (once production has commenced)
– Digital products or downloads (once accessed)
– Items purchased more than 7 days ago
– Items showing signs of wear or damage beyond normal use

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to:
– All locations across India (mainland)
Unless restricted
We do not currently ship to:
– Certain remote areas (we’ll notify you if your area is restricted)
– PO Boxes (for physical products only)

Standard Shipping (India):

– Cost: Free on orders above ₹2,500; otherwise ₹150-300 depending on location

Express Shipping (India):

International Shipping:
We dont ship physical products outside India
